“Lord to whom should we go? You have the words of everlasting life.”
As we celebrate the Third week of Lent we reach a halfway point to Easter. I pray that your Lenten journey and preparation for Easter will lead you to recite these words.
“To whom shall we go?”
With so many voices out there and so much noise, it is hard to hear God speak to us. Continued prayer and Scripture assist us in recognizing God’s ways and what He would ask of us. Stay steadfast.
As we journey to Easter time, I expect our Masses schedule will be still restricted and safe distanced. While many people have received the Covid vaccine shots, we still must maintain our masts and precautions. We cannot allow ourselves and those still waiting to become victims of this virus. We have had parishioners who have caught the virus elsewhere and we pray for their complete recovery.
Remember we are still safe distancing and taking state requirements seriously. We sanitize the Church after each service. Just remember, if you ever feel sick, flu or virus or something else you are not required or encouraged to attend Mass.
Stations Friday at 7 PM. Adoration, Scripture reflection and Benediction Wednesday at 6:30 during Lent.
